Podziemski was on fire from beyond the arc, hitting six three-pointers in the first half. His efficiency was remarkable, shooting 8-of-11 from the field and 6-of-8 from deep in just 17 minutes of action. His efforts helped Golden State take a commanding 60-47 lead into the break.
With his career-high sitting at 29 points, achieved against the Utah Jazz on February 5, the Santa Clara alum had a strong chance to surpass that milestone against the Lakers.
